To get start, you need to prepare:
5mm Quilling Paper
Step 1: Make the head.
1st, cut a piece of green quilling paper, roll it into a circle with rolling pen, and glue the paper end.
2nd, repeat to make two smaller white circles and two black circles like image shows.
3rd, glue the white and black circles onto the previous green one to finish the frog’s head.
1st, cut two pieces of pink quilling paper, shape them into oval, and then cut two pieces of black quilling paper. Add them to the green circle to finish the frog’s face.
2nd, cut a piece of white quilling paper, roll it into circular shape. Glue the paper end, and make the circle into a spiral shape with tweezers.
3rd, cut 6 pieces of red quilling paper and glue them to the white spiral.
4th, glue the head onto the white spiral.
1st, cut two pieces of black quilling paper and make them into triangle shape, and then add them to the frog’s body as a bow tie.
2nd, make another two green triangle patterns as the frog’s feet, like image shows below.
